The Studio City Car Alarm Scandal: Epilogue

People have been asking me about a follow up to the post about the person who was parking on my street with the car alarm that was going off every couple hours and driving me insane. If you’re not familiar with that one, you can read it here, The Studio City Car Alarm Scandal.

The follow up to that story is that after I left the letter on their car, they moved it the next day and started parking it up the street. I was really humbled by my neighbor’s sacrifice and even though I can still hear the alarm go off (in the distance) every now and again, it is nowhere near as annoying as it was, so I decided I would write them a “thank you” letter. You can read it below…

Here’s a video of me placing the new note and I again broke my own rule and filmed it vertically. As I said in the original post, I prefer my videos to fit the dimensions of most television/computer/movie screens, but when you’re making a sequel, people don’t want you to change too much of what worked the first time around.

I hope the follow up lives up to your expectations and sorry that it took so long to do so…but hey, it took 5 years to get another “Ghostbusters” and “Back to the Future”. We can argue later if the wait was worth it for those franchises and for this blog.

Much Love,

Alex
